Outside sliding door handle

A handy person from Little River SC says:
I have a sliding patio door about 30 yrs old. Missing out side door handle. Purchased this condo with missing handle. Up loaded 3 pictures. Picture #2 is the outside for missing door handle. It looks like the handle slides down on the outside bracket. The inside item listed below matches the inside handle on the door now.

Thanks for posting, Gary. Actually, your second photo shows the outside handle. That's exactly it. It's just that it's a flush type, so it's flat against the door. If you want something that sticks out more, you could consider replacing it with our 82-042.
A professional from California says:
The type of outside pull you have is usually used when a taller handle will interfere with the screen. Most often when the slider is outside of the stationary panel. I can't tell from your pictures if that is the case. Be careful trying to use 82-042. Make sure you have enough room.
