Overhead balances for aluminum windows

Question

In 77-196837, Tom asked for pictures of the end of a balance but never got a reply.
I'm looking to replace some channel balancers for aluminum doubled paned windows installed over a decade ago. The size window is 35" wide and 53" tall.
It's an overhead balance.
I am told the part is a 23-1/4" Overhead Channel Balance # 163. Maybe you have a different part number for it?

Thanks for considering us for your repairs! Although, I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for your overhead balances. Unfortunately, we are only able to supply side load balances and they would not be interchangeable with your overheads.
