We can't guarantee replacements without seeing the original hardware but we will do our best to narrow down your options. To get started, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the outside installation holes in your door used to attach the handle set. 

If you still have the mortise lock from the center of the door that the handle set would engage with, it would help to see photos of that part as well. Thank you!
