Owens Corning Window Flush Mount Tilt Latch Patent # 4,901,475

Question

I'm looking for a replacement for a right-side flush mount tilt latch as shown in the attached photo. The window is made by Owens Corning. "Patent # 4,901,475" is printed on the underside. There is no other writing on it. Any assistance in finding a replacement would be great. Thank you in advance!
