Left and right tilt latches, pivot shoe, and latch that keeps bottom sash from being opened up fully.

What are the left and right tilt latches and the little top sash do hicky that keeps bottom sash from fully opening.   Also need the pivot shoe.  Does the sticker help identify model number of windows?

Hello,

I'd suggest comparing the specifications of the 26-243A and 26-244A tilt latches to yours. The top is a different shape, but that won't matter as long as the base that installs in the cutout matches.

As for the vent latch, review the measurements of the 26-362 shown below.

As for the pivot shoe, we can't be sure of what you need with the shoe still installed but the Certainteed 15-192 pivot shoe comes to mind, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs.

There is also another version of this show commonly used in Simonton windows, which the 15-192 may not work to replace and would likely require shaving down the front of the shoe. For that reason, we came up with the conversion shown in the video below to replace all of the necessary balance hardware. Take a look and see what you think.
