Owner thinks it's Migard, but I'm not so sure.

Question

Note 4-screw frame mounting, center crank, single-pivot (unjointed) arms.  Customer says the arms are about 8".

It's hard to say from these photos. I'm reminded of the 39-312 but I'm not certain if this is what you have since it's hard to see the attachments. Look over the specifications and see how they compare with your old operator assembly.
