It looks like you're looking for a face guide. I can't say for sure what you need while yours is still installed but take a look at our 67-002 along with the others that I have listed for you on this page. Look over the dimensions for each and see if any match what you need.

I'm afraid we don't have a video on how to install face guides but the installation process would depend on the type of face guide. For instance, our 67-014 guide just snaps into the frame.
