2009 Milguard woodclad series 45 casement bay window 30".
was able to remove the part and need to order another one. It is a left side crank in a greyish color.
two areas are broken, the square end of the movement arm and the flat plate inside the housing.
the old screws seem good but will purchase a whole set if it is a kit.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please review the 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Compare the dimensions and orientation to confirm a good fit. These operators are only available in white.

Unfortunately the link arm that connects the operator arm to the window sash is discontinued. We are not able to provide a replacement for this arm. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Thank you for the info. Without the link arm the casement operator would just cover the opening in the window frame but wouldn't actually open the window?

Yes, unfortunately without this link arm, the window will not open. Switching out the operator base only would not fix your issue if your current link arm is not reusable. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you. I will keep this in mind and see if I can do something to the end of the atm to attach it. Not sure that will solve the problem though. Discouraging!
