I checked the measures on your outside handle view photo and the measures (6 15/16 and 7 11/16) match the Papaiz 322.
Do you need any other measure to verify that can be replaced?

I need to replace an old Papaiz 322. Would your 40-183 model work?

You have the older Papaiz handle set. It has been replaced by our 40-049. See what you think!
