QUESTION: DOES THE 39-032 HAVE AN 8" )APapprox) aarm as does the crank in my picture?
I want to be sure to order the right part.

The 39-031 has a 10-3/4" long arm, measuring from the end of it to the center hole in the base. You can actually see detailed dimensions on our 39-031 store page. I recommend removing yours from the window to make sure your measurements are as accurate as possible. I think if you did, you'd see that your same measurement comes out to be the same as ours.
