Thanks for your post! There is a possibility we can provide you with the replacements for the window balances and shoes you need. Although, to determine the correct replacements, I'll need to see photos of the hardware removed from the window. 

Please be sure to provide clear photos of the channel, the attachment on the bottom of the channel, and the shoe.
