Hello! Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-210 at first glance, but you should review our dimensions to ensure that they all match up.
As for the spiral balance, it would be either our 9/16" diameter Series 600 or 3/8" diameter Series 900, depending on the diameter of the outer tube.
