PARTS REPLACEMENT IDENTIFICATION ASSISTANCE REQUEST

I am looking for a replacement door handle for a Better-Bilt / MI sliding patio door. The mounting hole spacing measures 3 15/16" center to center. The handle assembly parts are coated die cast metal, Beige / Almond colored.

Assembly is still functioning, but has developed a crack at the upper mounting screw hole.
