PASCH Window Advice
Attached are photos for replacement parts for my windows. Before I order, please confirm the tilt window spiral balances and latch units information.
My measurements have the balances at 28 inches, 3/8 inch diameter, black tip, and weights 16 pounds.
The latch seems to be 7/8 inches wide and 2 and 1/2 inches long.
If the information is correct, then I have 12 windows that need left and right pairs of replacement parts.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the diameter of your balance's outer tube? Keep in mind that the outer tube has broken off of yours. If you're measuring that spring, then you're not measuring the right part. You'll need to see if a balance in that window still has its tube so you can use that as a reference.
The reason I point this out is because no company ever made a 3/8" balance with a black tip color option. There's a good chance you have the 9/16" diameter Series 600 instead. It''s important to confirm.
As for the tilt latch, it looks very similar to our 26-390 and 26-391. Look them over and let me know if you agree.
That white plastic outer tube is what you want to measure. I believe strongly that you have our 9/16" Series 600, but if you feel more that you need a 3/8" balance you can consider our Series 900. It's just important to understand that if you're measuring the diameter of the exposed spring in your first two photos, you're not measuring the right thing. Only the diameter of the outer tube counts.
That outer white tubing is not attached to the window frames. They seem to be only decorative coverings. I will order the Series 900 also the 26-390 and 26-391 later this week.
