PAT 1967 CAN

Question

I have attached 3 pictures of the hinge I am trying to match. It has a number on it of PAT 3.391.420 US and it has PAT 1967 CAN on it as well There is a symbol an A inside a circle as well. I don't know if my pictures captured that writing. Thank you for any help you can give me.
