I have tightened the little screw on the handle but that did not help. I believe the guts are just worn out! TYIA

Thanks for posting! Your awning operator looks a lot like our 21-1/2" Dual Arm Crank. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to compare the measurement for the wingspan length of the operator. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

This operator is available in bronze and the compatible crank handle is part 39-114.

I have left the location of the broken crank. Will measure as suggested when I return to the lakeside property.
