Patio Door Handle

I need a replacement patio door handle. The info from the handle is SASH CONTROLS, INC., 060-1255. 4 inches between screw holes. Thank you.

Thanks for the photo. It looks like you have an older handle that was made by Sash Control with the "fixed" turn lever in the center. That said, take a look at our 82-035 patio door handle. This looks similar to yours and also has a "floating" turn lever which can be installed in the location you need for your door. We'd also think it would be a good idea to look into our 82-218 mortise latch if you should need to replace yours as well.
