Hi there!
I'm not sure what you're referring to, could it be your worm gear? If so, we do not sell that piece separately. If your worm gear came out with the crank handle, I'm afraid it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We'd be happy to help, but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

I just purchased this home form an elderly woman who never opened her windows. All the window hardware appears good however she had wooden boxes made to cover the window opener so she kept one opener handle however lost the stub that 1/2 goes in the handle the other 1/2 on the opener assembly & that part is missing (lost).Eileen

I see, it does sounds like you're referring to your worm gear. We'd be more than happy to help, but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Would that be possible?
If not, could you remove your operator from your window and show us?
