Do you have a replacement for PELLA Balances PN 40252 used on Architect Series Double Hung window

unit is 40" total height, .5 inch deep and 9/16 inch deep
total outside height is 40"..spring is 26.5 inch and pulley set up is 12.75 inch

this is for a pella window

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord is missing. We would need to see the hook from an undamaged assembly to determine how it attaches to the pivot shoe or sash bracket.
