I was hoping you could ID the white handle and ask if it is possible to buy a new color handle that looks like shiny stainless steel or something similar in color

I'm afraid we don't have a version of this handle in the finish you've requested. The only thing we carry that may fill that role is our 82-087, but this has a thumb lever fixed in the bottom position, while yours is fixed in the center position. It won't work unless you drill new holes and remount it in the frame, which would probably leave your old holes exposed.

You might be better off sticking with the handle set you have now and repairing it with a new 82-107 thumb lever.
