Hello!

It appears you have either our S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. These two parts look similar but each has a different bottom shoe size. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe, while the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown below to determine the best match. You will also need the 2320 strength option.
