I have a PGT 2500 series sliding door that needs the guides on the top of the door replaced. Can someone help me locate these parts and any tips on replacing them.

Take a look at our 86-025 top guide. That could be what you need for your patio door. Take a look and see how well its dimensions line up to the spot where it has to install.
