PGT 4001 Single Hung Window Balances

Need help please.
I need to replace 4 x 35" Balances for single hung windows, the sash weighing 23lbs. The channels are approx. 5/8" wide and 5/8" deep, (although this could be slightly different as my tape measure only goes to 1/8ths).
The writing on the Balance says: 34-4 LX CMC 7
The plastic pieces are about 1-1/4" long.
