I need grey colored multi point locks that are used in the PGT 740 Series and look like Product Code: 38-095. Please confirm if you have this item, product code and price?

I may purchase between 5 and 10 if available.

I agree, the 38-095 looks close, but the only way to know for sure is to compare its dimensions to your own hardware.
