Balance is 30" long (measured the metal part). The bottom clip broke.

I added a photo of the broken clip. One side that rests on the back pulley broke off. The pulley string also pulled out from the crimped part of the clip.

See our S395-30. Look over the specifications to confirm this matches what you need. For a new stamp option, use 2930.
