Thanks for reaching out! I've separated your post so as not to confuse the information provided. May I please see a photo of your original hardware? This will help us to be sure that they are the absolute same part and that there aren't any noticeable differences that we might be able to find.

Also, based on those photos and the measurements, we believe that there is a chance your lock sticks back farther than ours. To confirm this, please confirm the measurement for the hole spacing from the edge of the sash, rather than the edge of the lock.

Once we have an idea of that measurement we can give better confirmation on if there is a replacement we might be able to recommend to you.

It's hard to accurately tell what the measurement is from the edge of the window to the the center of the installation holes.
