PGT Hurricane Casement Window Operator Circa 2006

Thanks for posting. It sounds like the entire operator has worn down and needs to be replaced. I am confident we can help, but I need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that jut out the back of the operator and push and pull the window sash. A bird's eye view of the whole assembly would be best. From there we'll do our best to ID what you need. 

Thank you! Based on this photo, I think your operator might be a match for our 39-253RB. Just note that this operator is designed to use the 39-529 guide (sold separately) to slide in the track. Before you buy anything, you should check to make sure that your guide is the same style as this, otherwise the 39-253RB won't work.
