Cant seem to find any of these smaller rail guides for now obsolete PGT windows. 1 inch and 1/4 by 1 inch.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement sash lift caps like yours. Our recommendation would be to contact the original manufacturer directly to see if they sell the cap needed for this particular sash.
