PGT Model SH2200 pivot bar and pivot shoe

A quick learner from my home says:

left and right tilt assembly.

Broken part from the right side. I think that's the tilt part.

Hello,

Take a look at a previous customer discussion here where one of our window experts recommended our 15-216 pivot shoe to replace hardware similar to yours. As for your pivot bar, the 15-216 could work with various pivot bars, so we would need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed form your sash to recommend a potential replacement. Thank you!
