PGT Series 750 French Door weatherstripping replacement

Small seal on top of doors that fits into grooves. These are storm doors with impact glass and the seals are needed. Slightly oversized would be preferred since the doors appear to have 'sagged' over time (something even 3/8" would probably work). Measurements are 'rough' due to the age and I cannot determine if they have shrunk over time. Doors are approximately 10 years old.
