PGT Single Hung No-tilt Wondows SH-4000 replacement balances

Question

I have several PGT SH-4000 single hung windows requiring balance replacement.
Based on measurements and my pictures with measurements, would S395-30 be correct?
The markings I see are:
* 29 4 IV CMC 2
* 29 5 DW CMC 4
* 29 6 FW CMC 11
There are no stamps. One sash weighed about 27.4 lbs. Would Option 2940 or 2950 be the better choice ?

I agree that the S395-30 would be the correct replacement for your channel balance. The 2940 strength option would work for a 27-pound sash. Thanks for posting!
