PGT Window Balance

I just purchased 2 locally and they sold me a 2960. They also included the following numbers on the invoice 29HP36-38H13A. These worked fine but I would prefer to purchase from you. I do have pictures of my old Balance if you need it. My balance was a dual spring but they supplied a single spring as listed above. Again they worked fine.
