P.G.T. Window - Balance Sash parts needed

Question

Measured the metal channel 9/16" wide at 28"
Balances read 2 6 15 Caldwell, will need both.
The sliding window has 2 cracking plastic corners, can you provide part?

Thanks for posting. If the metal channel is indeed 28" long, not including the nylon fittings on either end, then see our S395-28. Let me know if the metal channel length is in fact different. You'll then need to choose a stamp option. That stamp code looks a bit faded; I am wondering if it originally read 2760, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 30 through 33 lbs. If you're uncertain, obtain the exact weight of the window sash, and that will tell you the weight range your window falls into.
