PGT Window Channel Balance 36 4

Question

I need to buy 2 new channel balances - my existing one has a stamp of 36 4.

Is that what I should order? I also need 2 take-out clips and 2 sash guides.

I mistakenly ordered two 37 30 and then realized it is too long. I am starting the return process separately.

For 36 4, you usually need the S395-37 with a 3640 option. 3730 is typically too long and too weak. Is there a reason you chose "30" instead of "40"? You may just want to weigh your window sash and compare to the chart on the S395-37 webpage.
