PGT Window Channel Balances

A home owner from Bonita Springs, FL says:
These are from a house built in early 2004. The numbers in blue on the metal are 25 5 KW CMC 7. The back side (closed side) of the channel measures 1/2 inch. The open side holding the spring and cord is just a little larger at 9/16 or 5/8. The length of just the metal is 25 7/8 inches.
Hope the information and pictures are good enough to identify the channel I will need.
Thank you.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the end attachments of our S395-26 channel balance with a 2550 strength option to yours. Thanks for posting!

A home owner from Bonita Springs, FL says:
The S395-26 looks like it will do the trick. My question is relative to the strength option. How do you know what strength you need and where is the chart to order the strengths ?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

I was able to determine the spring strength you need based on the (25 5) stamp in your photos, which correlates to our 2550 option and supports a sash weighing between 25 and 28 lbs. The chart can be found under the balance product description.

A home owner from Bonita Springs, FL says:
After your last email I looked further on your website and found the chart you are talking about and ordered two of those balances. Thank you for all your help.
