I have a PGT single hung stamped as 36. 9. ER. Caldwell. Metal to metal is 37 inches. Not sure weight or code to order. Looks like S395-37. Advise. Thank you

I do agree that our S395-37 channel balance does look like your balance. Make sure the depth of your bottom balance shoe matches with ours. Since your stamp does not match any of our stamp options, you will need to weigh your window sash and go to the sash weight chart on the product page to choose the appropriate option.
