PGT Window installed approx 2005, Width 9/16, Markings 17 1, 18"long,

1 1/8 bottom shoe. This is from a small bathroom window.

Hello, Gary. This balance appears to be a match for our S395-18 with a 1710 stamp option. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, which is the same 1-1/8" depth as your original. I feel confident that this is what you want, but I'd be happy to advise if you had any further questions.
