PGT Windows with Broken Balances

A quick learner from Nokomis says:
Have several PGT windows where the balancer stop is broken. Is this part available? I also need replacement balancers I have attached pics to assist.

Your top sash guide is similar in design to our 18-015, but I recommend reviewing the dimensions we show on the 18-015 store page to confirm.

I'm not sure about the balance. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings. The video below will explain exactly what we need.
