Hi...I have PGT double hung windows and replaced one of the balances. The plastic piece pictured anchors the metal ribbon/spring and I need a few replacements please. Hoping you can point me in the right direction.

Hello, thank you for posting,
It appears your window uses the 16-030 mounting bracket. This bracket is compatible with a few different coil balance spring options. To further review, we would need to see pictures of the original pivot shoe that the coil spring is attached to/housed in. From there we can get a clearer idea of the series needed for your window.
