When locating a replacement, the stamped number you provided does not play a role on which balance we would recommend. That number only indicates the spring strength of your balance. If you have not already done so, I suggest going through our selection of channel balances to see if you are able to find a replacement balance. There is also the option of sending us some detailed photos with measurements and we'd be glad to help you find a match.
