PGT casement parts

Question

Hello,
I need to replace the parts on my casement windows.
one is a left hand crank and one is a right hand crank.
The model of the window is PGT CA-440/450 Vinyl
Please look at the photo 2571, these are the parts on your website I believe I need to order. The only part I cant find is the rusted bar on image two.
If you look at image one you can see the bar and how it is connected.
Please help

Take a look at the video below to help confirm that you are choosing the correct Encore operators for your windows. As for your hinges, take a look and compare the 36-048 to your part. Thanks for posting!
