PGT casement window

I am looking for the white plastic tie bar guides(?) that hold the stainless steel tie bar in place and allow the PGT casement window to be locked. The windows are original installation dating from 2001, and the plastic guides measure 3 3/8" X 7/8".

Hi Julia, thanks for you response. That appears to be the exact part that I need. It does not show the backing plate, however. Is there a separate part order for the backing plate, or does it come with the part? Please see photo.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we haven't been able to find a version of the lock bar guide with the back plate. Could you possibly reuse your old one with the 39-265? Is the 39-265 the same size as the front cover? Let us know.
