Hi...had a failure of the rectangular white pieces that sit in the window channel. The picture is a properly functioning part (the old one was discarded unfortunately. Thanks so much!

Thanks for your post! The coil balance assembly you have here reminds me of the Series 210 Roller-Tilt Balance. Since both of your housings are stamped with an 8, you'll need the S210-16.

If there is another assembly you can compare the dimensions to, I do suggest it but I am confident this should be the replacement you need.
