PGT model SH-4000 Balance

Question

The balance is 24" long by 1/2" wide by 5/8" deep.  The markings show #2390-26.  The window was installed on or about 2006.  The PGT part # seems to be 65HSTRK.  The window is installed in a concrete block home.  I should note that there are no businesses within this area that perform repair of window apparatus...only installation of new.

Thanks for reaching out to us. My recommendation would be the S395-24 channel balance based on what is shown in your photos. The 2390 stamp on the metal channel is from an older rating system that we don't use so you would need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S395-24 store page to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
