PGT non tilt window spiral balancer

I can't match anything exactly. I need 10 balancers and don't want to be ordering and returning. Window is PGT hurricane resistant. Cover is grey plastic. Diameter 9/16. Length 31.5 inches. No external bearing but internal looks like a hexagonal nut.

Basically spirals have rusted through after 14 years. Need correct spiral winder tool too.

We may be able to help, though this balance will have to be custom made. Before we begin, can you tell me the weight of the sash? Or, if you can't get that, we would at least need the numbers printed on the balance tube. Thank you!
