PGT spiral window

this is what I got 9/16 Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance
with green bushing

28" and 25" long

out of a pgt windows
The windows are pritty heavy. 49 pounds.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I'd like to confirm if both windows have 49-pound sashes since windows with different balance lengths would normally be different sizes. We'd need to know the exact weight that each set of balances needs to support to confirm if we can supply suitable replacements.

Also, keep in mind that the S600 balances have 5/8" diameter tubes, which would need to match your original assemblies. Thank you!
