Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. However, we will need more information to ID what you may have. Can you remove an undamaged roller assembly from the door? Written out dimensions would be helpful as well.

Will do as soon as temp and humidity drops. I'm pretty sure I'll want the model 81-182 with ball bearings.
