Hope you can help with getting the right part. Window installed in 2003 . Non-tilt single hung.

If that balance is 1/2" wide, then take a look at our 1/2" channel balances to see if any one of them has the same plastic attachments as yours. Without seeing the ends, I can't tell which you need.

You're only showing the bottom attachment in these photos, so consider the Series 380, Series 385, Series 350, Series 371, and Series 377 channel balances. Once you pick which of these Series matches both of your attachments, you can measure the metal channel to choose a length and weigh the window sash to choose a weight "option."
