PGT window balance

I have a PGT (non tilt) sash that needs balancers and the number I have is 32 X CMC 11. Can you cross reference this to your parts?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the top and bottom attachments of an undamaged balance removed from the window to identify a suitable replacement. Also, the spring strength stamp in your photo looks faded, so you may want to check the stamp from the balance on the opposite side of the window. Thank you!
