PGT window ballances and latches

Question

Looking to replace the window balances in PGT SH 1400 bt single hung windows.
the balance rod is 5/8" wide 29" long. there are no marking on the existing balance.
the clips that hold the bottom of the ballance spring and the window also need replacing. I could not see a color on the bottom of the existing balance. Also need the to replace some of the tilt wash locks.

To determine the correct tip color for your balance, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. Once you have the sash weight, you'll be able to use the chart listing the weight ranges for each tip color below the product description to select the one you need.

The compatible pivot shoe looks like it could be the 15-231 Corner Locking Pivot Carrier. Although, to confirm this with certainty, you'll need to remove the shoe from the window and compare them dimensions shown below. If your shoe is different from the 15-231, I'll need to see a photo of the shoe from removed from the window and I'll need to know the measurements, written out.

You tilt window latches closely resemble our 26-439 Tilt Latch Pair. Again, compare the dimensions to your tilt latches to confirm that these are the right fit.
